Si vous plannifiez de venir visiter quelques chambres à Bruxelles et avez besoin d'une chambre pour quelques nuitées, je connais quelqu'un qui peut vous louer une chambre single à 30€/nuit.

Pour locataires non fumeur et jeunes travailleurs ou stagiaires (pas d'étudiant).

N hesitez pas à me contacter à tout moment de l' annee, si je n ai pas de chambre libre chez moi je pourrai vous donnez les coordonnées d autres personnes pour une location de chambre.

Si vous trouvez que le site est bien fait et vous donne suffisament d'infos et photos pour réserver sans vous déplacer il est possible de réserver sans visiter les chambres ou studio.
1/ je vous envoie le contrat et règlement de la maison par mail
2/ vous me renvoyer signer le contrat et règlement accompagné de votre carte d'identité en format PDF
3/ vous m'informez que vous êtes ok avec tout et que le transfert bancaire (garantie locative et 1er mois de loyer) a été fait et m'envoyer également la preuve du transfert.
4/ J'accuse réception du paiement et vous envoie le contrat signé pour ma part.

Votre chambre ou studio seront confirmés dès réception du paiement et du contrat signé

Je peux vous communiquer les coordonnées de locataires qui ont réservés de cette façon et de locataires actuels.
