it is always for a full calender month 1 to 31 (if you arrive later or leave earlier it is the same price and not prorata like 20 - 20 or 15- 15
Deposit : 2 months
Non smoker and no animals
You have to bring your own bedsheets, blanket, pillow. Or you can rent them for 35€/stay.

If you send me a mail please be precise on your request :

- date of departure, if you leave earier than 31/8 do you agree to sign the contract till 31/8 ?

- smoker or not
- presentation of you
- do you need to register to the town hall ?
- do you plan to come and have a look on the accomodation ? if yes when ?
- if you like to book by mail it is possible I will give you the mail of the actual renter for references or for appointment.
Then I send you the contract and rules of the house, if you agree, you sign on each pages and send me back in PDF + copy of your ID or passeport
I request the paiement by bank transfert of the 2 month deposit
Once I get the document and prove of bank transfert the acccomodation is booked for you.
I don't really have time to loose answering mail.
If I have all informations I need to know you will get a fast answer.
If some informations are missing sorry but it is possible that you don't get answer.
