If you send me a mail please be precise on your request :

- name, nationality, age, student, worker or internship
- date of  arrival
- date of departure
- budget
- wich kind of accomodation you like : chose 1,2 3 
- how many persons
- smoker or not
- presentation of you
- do you need to register to the town hall ?
- do you plan to come and have a look on the accomodation ? if yes when ?
- if you like to book by mail it is possible I will give you the mail of the actual renter for references or for appointment.
Then I send you the contract and rules of the house, if you agree, you sign on each pages and send me back in PDF + copy of your ID or passeport
I request the paiement by bank transfert of the 2 month deposit
Once I get the document and prove of bank transfert the acccomodation is booked for you.

IF you send me a mail please give me your telegram number and I can call you.

If during your stay to me you find me a new renter who suite me well 

I will refund you 40€  in addition to your deposit.

If I have all informations I need to know you will get a fast answer.
And both of us will save time.

If some informations are missing sorry but it is possible that you don't get answer.

For all accomodations, you will have to bring your own bedsheets, pillow, blankets.
There is basical plate, glasses and cuttlery but it is better to bring your own pans and casserole (there is some but as the renters doesn't respect them it is better to bring your own ones if you need).

Preferences will be given to a boy or girl more than 23 years old, non smoker, working or internship, clean, honest, serious, respectfull of the other flatmate and responsable.
With ECO - CONSCIOUS mind. (save water and energy or at least not waste it)

I would be happy to have renters who are conscious of energy use (just using the water they need  close the tap when brush tooth, or put shower gel or shampoo ), who has good habits of closing heating and light when they leave their room or comon area,...
I would be happy to have renters who are conscious about what they eat, vegetarian, vegan, crudi ... welcome.

If you are someone who like to complain, discuss about little thinks ....
Sorry this are not my favorit  renters.

Live is easy with easy and simple people.
