Rooms about 15m2 with sharing bathroom and sharing kitchen with 2 other youth.
The room is furnish with one single bed, table, chair, a big cloth cupboard.
The room is at the back side of the house with vieuw on the garden and is very quite.
There is an internet and TV cable installation in the room but you have to pay yourself if you want to have them
Price : 570€/month +l50 charges (water, electricity, gaz, heater, insurance) following consumation (divid by number of persons in the house.
if contract less than 6 month + 15€/month
Deposit 1140 euros
Non smoker and no animals
you can have wifi connection for about 20€/month ( you have to take care of it by yourself)
You have to bring your own bedsheets, blanket, pillow or it is possible to rent them for 35€/stay

Then I send you the contract and rules of the house, if you agree, you sign on each pages and send me back in PDF + copy of your ID or passeport
I request the paiement by bank transfert of the 2 month deposit
Once I get the document and prove of bank transfert the acccomodation is booked for you.
